Custom Group Trips to Italy, Planned for Your Group Alone
Your group, your dates, your Italy. A private coach and driver, guides for your group alone and one planner who knows every name before you land.

Bring the Group. We Carry Everything Else.
The guide in Rome knows your names before you land. The table in Trastevere is set for your party and nobody else. The coach is waiting outside the arrivals hall, and the driver stays with you all week.
We design custom group trips to Italy for families, friends, clubs and congregations, from nine travelers up. The organizer works with one planner from the first call. Each traveler books directly with us, so nobody has to collect money or chase a balance.
One planner for the whole group.
Tell us who is going and why. A planner calls within one business day.
Wine Clubs and Culinary Groups
For a club that lives on Nebbiolo, Piedmont: in the Langhe, the person who made the Barolo usually pours it. For Sangiovese, the Chianti castle road and Brunello in Montalcino. A cooking class in a Tuscan villa, a market walk in Bologna, a pasta lunch on the slopes of Vesuvius.
A cellar has a fixed number of chairs, so we plan the tastings around the size of your group.
Reunions, Milestones and Celebrations
Three generations in one villa in Tuscany. Twelve friends marking a fiftieth on the Amalfi Coast. A private boat to Capri for the whole party, a long lunch at a family winery, a dinner reserved for the night itself.
We plan the days so the group can split and meet again: a climb for some, a garden for others, everyone together at the table.
Church, Heritage and Alumni Groups
Assisi and the Basilica of Saint Francis, the Vatican Museums before the crowds, and time for Mass in Rome. Or the towns your families came from, in Abruzzo, Campania or Sicily, with a local guide.
Best for groups traveling with a purpose, and for organizers who want one planner to handle every detail.

Group Trip Questions
We plan group programs from nine travelers, and groups of twelve to sixteen are where the small wineries, cooking schools and family estates are happiest to host. Larger groups travel well too; we split the days so nobody waits in line behind thirty people.
One Italian-born planner designs the trip with the organizer from the first call. In Italy, your group has a private coach and driver, guides for your group alone in each city and, when you want one, a tour director who travels with the group from the first day to the last.
Each traveler books and pays Trips 2 Italy directly. The organizer never collects money or carries a balance, which keeps the trip simple for everyone.
Yes. We build in options so the group can split for an afternoon: a cooking class for some, a museum or a wine tasting for others, then dinner together. Optional extra nights before or after the group dates are easy to add.
Nine to twelve months is ideal for summer and for groups that need many rooms in one hotel. Spring and autumn groups plan comfortably six to nine months ahead.
Extended families and reunions, friends celebrating a milestone, wine clubs and food groups, alumni and professional associations, and church and heritage groups. Each trip is designed around the reason the group is traveling together.
Bring the group. We will carry everything else.
No obligation. Each traveler books directly with us.
