Prepared, Not Just Booked
About ten days before departure, your planner walks you through the whole trip on a briefing call, with maps, photos and the emergency number in Italy. Questions about trains, tipping or what to wear in the Vatican get answered then.
A printed trip book travels with you, one chapter for every stop, with every driver, guide, address and reservation.
Met, Guided and Looked After
Someone is waiting in the arrivals hall in Rome, and at the train in Venice. Drivers and guides are reserved for your party alone, and they are at the meeting point on time. Tables are booked in your name.
If something changes, a flight, a strike, a taxi stuck in traffic, the line in Italy answers day and night, and we fix it before it becomes your problem.

Our planners were born and raised in Italy and have designed custom Italy adventures since 2003. The office is in Houston, Texas, at 5701 Woodway Drive, so you plan in your own time zone with people who know the places you are going first hand.
Before you leave, a briefing call walks you through every day with maps, photos and the emergency number in Italy, and a printed trip book travels with you. While you are in Italy, a line answers day and night. If a flight is missed or a transfer runs late, we rebook, call the driver and tell the guide.
We plan custom trips, which means every one is built from what the traveler tells us. Most of our travelers choose private drivers and guides and hotels in the four-star and five-star range, and many return to plan a second or third trip with us.
