How the adventure builder works

Every Adventure Here Is a Working Plan

Each sample adventure on this site opens as a plan you can change: the route through Rome, Florence or the Amalfi Coast, the nights in every stop, the style of hotel and the interests matched to each city.

When it looks right, save it to My Adventures or send it straight to a planner. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged. A planner who grew up in Italy calls you, listens, and turns your version into the trip we arrange.

Found one you like? Make it yours.

Open it, change the nights and the hotels, then send it. Or talk to a planner now.

Four steps

From Sample to Your Trip

01

Open an adventure

Pick a honeymoon, a family summer or a graduation trip that is close to what you have in mind.

02

03

Save it

Keep it in My Adventures, share it with the people traveling with you and come back to it any time.

04

Send it

Send it to a planner. We call, refine it with you and arrange every part of it.

Sample Adventure Questions

No. Each sample adventure is a starting point that shows how we would shape a trip through those places. In the adventure builder you can change the nights in every stop, choose a different hotel style and add interests in each city. When you send it, a planner reviews it with you and adjusts anything else, including the route itself.

No. Sending an adventure to a planner books nothing and charges nothing. It starts a conversation. A planner calls you, usually within one business day, to talk through the trip and then sends a first itinerary for you to refine.

Saving creates a simple traveler account with your email, with no password to remember. Your customized adventure is kept on your My Adventures page, so you can come back to it, keep adjusting it, share it with the people you are traveling with and send it to a planner when you are ready.

That is common, and it is exactly how custom travel should work. Use the trip designer to tell us the occasion, the regions and the pace you want, or call a planner. We will build the trip from a blank page.
